1-2 Onions
3 Stalks of Celery
3 Carrots
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Orange / Yellow Pepper
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
2 Cups of Hot waler with Beef Boullion cube
1/4 c. Soya Sauce
1 tbs. Sugar
Dash Salt and Pepper
Stewing Beef (browned, salted and floured)
or Beef Stir Fry Strips (frozen / thawed)

2 c. Long Grain White Rice (Cooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop Onions, Celery and Carrots and add to Dutch Oven. Add 2 cups of boiling water and 1 or 2 beef Bouillon cubes. Add 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes, 1/4 cup of Soya Sauce and a tablespoon of sugar. Sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper.
Add Stewing Beef or Beef Stir Fry Strips to Dutch Oven.
Cook over the fire for 1.5 hours.
Chop Red, Green and Orange or Yellow Peppers into strips. Add to Dutch Oven 30 minutes prior to eating to maintain structure of the peppers.
Total Cooking time: 2 hours

In a separate pot prepare 2 cups of long grain rice.

Spoon Swiss Steak over a bed / bowl or rice.
