1½ lbs. Beef Skirt Steak or
Chicken Breasts
1 c. Pace Picante Sauce
¼ c vegetable oil
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Dash of black pepper
Dash of garlic powder
12 flour tortillas
Guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat (or Chicken) in zip-lock bag
Combine picante sauce, oil, lemon juice, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour into bag. Refrigerate at least 3 or up to 24 hours, turning several times. Drain meat, reserving marinade. Place meat on hot grill or on rack of broiler pan. Cook to 6 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness; basting frequently with reserved marinade. Remove from grill; slice into thin strips. Place meat on tortillas, add Guacamole, picante sauce, queso, roll up and enjoy.
