3 quarts of water
16 oz. fettuccini noodles
1 tablespoon of salt
4 tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1/4 cup of chopped green onion
1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
1 lb. peeled crawfish
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup of milk
3 tablespoons chicken flavored base
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles as directed on the package using 3 qts. of water and 1 tablespoon of salt. In a heavy 2 qt. skillet, melt butter and blend oil. Add onions, green onions and bell peppers and saute until limp. Add crawfish and cook five minutes. Add flour and mix well. Add milk and chicken flavored base. Continue cooking and stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add seasonings to mix. Add sauce to cooked drained noodles. Stir until well blended and serve.
