2 ready to eat Angel Food Cakes (Rectangular cakes)
1 small box of vanilla pudding
1 small container of Lite Cool Whip
1 container of Pineapple or Strawberry (or both) cream cheese spread
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding as box states then add cream cheese.
Blend together until all mixed and then fold in cool whip.
Set in refrigerator to chill. I like using the rectangular
angel food cakes. I slice it long ways in half or in 3 slices.
Spread the pudding mixture between each layer and top
the cake with pudding. If I remember right you will need
2 cakes to use all the pudding mixture.
