1 1/2 sticks of butter
2 and 1/2 chopped onions, 1 chopped bell pepper, 2 stalks of chopped celery
1 1/2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 12 oz. can of evaporated milk
1 lb. black of Velveeta cheese, 2 1/2 lbs. of peeled shrimp (40-50 count)
2 packs of noodles and Liquid crab boil

Directions:
Season the shrimp and boil for 5-10 minutes and strain the shrimp. Melt butter add onions, bell peppers and celery. Cook until wilted approximately 30 minutes. Add the cream of mushroom soup, evaporated milk and cheese. Season with cayenne pepper and add the boiled shrimp and stir. Then add cooked noodles and to keep it moist add more evaporated milk.
