2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, well beaten
½ cup chopped nuts
2 cups fresh cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven.
2. Mix together dry ingredients. Set aside.
3. Pour melted butter into mixing bowl, adding enough orange juice to make ¾ cup.
4. Stir in beaten egg.
5. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients, and mix.
6. Fold in cranberries and nuts.
7. Pour into a greased loaf pan, and push up sides and corners
8. Bake in oven for 50-60 minutes at 350º.
9. Remove from pan to cool (loosening from sides).
