1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
¾ cup milk
2 tsp minced onion
½ tsp salt
pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 can flaked tuna
3 cups potato chips crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, milk, onion in a saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Sprinkle lemon juice on tuna. Alternate layers of tuna with chips in a greased baking dish. Pour on soup mixture. Sprinkle with chips. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

This was a staple as I was growing up, and Melissa ate plenty of it during our "lean" years, though I always used golden mushroom soup.

One of my favorite family stories is about the time Aunt Linda made this for our dinner and used lemon extract instead of lemon juice - YIKES!!!. We still laugh over this incident, and I believe it may have spurred Aunt Linda on to becoming a marvelous cook.
