cornflakes crumbs
flour
salt pepper
melted butter
broiler/fryer chicken cut up
Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk and egg in shallow plate/pan. Mix cornflakes crumbs, flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow pan or paper sack. Dip chicken in milk/egg mixture. Then roll/shake in cornflakes mixture. Place in baking pan and drizzle with melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 325º-350º.
