1/2 C. butter
1 C. flour
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. flour
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. coconut
1/2 C. chopped walnuts
1 small jar marachino cherries, drained and chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the butter, 1 C. flour and 1/2 C. brown sugar. Pat into the bottom of an oblong cake pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over baked crust. Bake again for 20 minutes. Cut into squares before cooling. Remove from pan and cool completely.
