Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 lbs of ground meat
2 lbs of ground pork
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup (NOT FAT FREE)
Kitchen bouquet (add it that it is a little on the dark side – the rice will absorb it and lightened it)
1 lg container of Creole Seasonings
2 small cans of beef broth
4 cups (uncooked-rinsed rice) You will want to put enough of the uncooked rice that it looks like it would be even ratio to meat)
Salt and pepper (you want the meat to taste salty and a little peppery because the rice will absorb the flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat on stove top and drain fat. Add seasonings and cook until sautéed then add cream of mushroom and kitchen bouquet. Cook until well heated then add broth. Bring to a boil, add the rice. Add enough water that the water line is at your middle knuckle above the rice in dish. If the water looks very light in color add a little more bouquet. Bring to a boil and place in the oven at 385 degrees. Make sure pot is covered. When cooked for 30 minutes, remove from oven and check the tenderness of the rice and if water is needed to complete the cooking time. Don’t let it cook that the rice is mushy. Stir to loosen rice with a table fork.
