4 pounds of chuck or shoulder beef roast (eye of round/bottom round or rump roast)
3/4 c. flour
salt/pepper/garlic powder
8 patties butter
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge roast with mixture of flour and spices. Place 3-4 butter patties in bottom of roaster. Put meat in pan and put 3-4 patties on top of meat. Bake 350 1 hour uncovered. Add 1 c. water, cover and bake 2 more hours at 250.
