1 c. crushed pineapple and juice
1 pkg lime jello
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 c. pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Let pineapple come to a boil, dissolve gelatin in pineapple, let simmer for one minute. Chill until slightly thickened. Add cottage cheese, nuts, and whipped cream. Chill in refrigerator until firm.

Mom makes this recipe every Thanksgiving. It is a favorite of dad's cousin Hubert Kelsheimer. Candee and I call it "Hubert Salad"
