1 can of corn

2 Onions, chopped
2 c. Cabbage, chopped
1c. Barley or Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef joints in a large pan. Add water to cover. Boil to make a broth. Add remaining ingredients to your preferred recipe and cook until soft or done.
