1/2 lb. Cracked or Split Peas
Celery Leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a soup pot. Cover with water. Boil until the peas are cooked through and soft. Remove bones and discard. Mash remaining ingredients to form a smooth soup.
