12 Eggs, separated
12-16 teaspoon Sugar
1 pint French Brandy
1/2 pint Jamaica Rum
1/4 pint Sherry
1/4 pint Rye Whiskey
1 quart Cream
1 quart Milk
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix liquor together and let stand. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form, set this aside as well. Beat the egg yolks in a third bowl and gradually add sugar to egg yolks and whisk until blended. Very gradually add the liquor to egg yolk and sugar mixture, beating constantly. Mix in milk and cream. Fold in beaten egg whites. Store in a cool, dry place for several days, tasting frequently. Grate some nutmeg on the top when you serve it.
