2 cans artichokes (in water)
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop the artichokes.
2. Mix the artichokes, mayo and cheese in a bowl.
3. Add 1 clove minced garlic.
4. Add lemon juice, to taste.
5. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350º for 30 minutes (until liquid bubbles and top begins to brown).
6. Serve hot with crackers.
