1 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup chopped sweet onions
1 tbsp. minced garlic
¼ cup chopped yellow bell peppers
1 lb. ground turkey
1 28-oz. can crushed organic tomatoes, undrained
1 16-oz. can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. sugar
2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. hot sauce
1½ tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. dried basil
½ tsp. dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, sauté onions, garlic and bell peppers in olive oil over medium heat, until onions are translucent.
2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
3. Add remaining ingredients, and stir well to combine.
4. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
