EGGS, SLICED BREAD, BUTTER, SALT AND PEPPER

Directions:
Directions:
Warm a skillet with a pat of butter in it. Tear out center circle in bread, about the size of silver dollar. Butter one side of bread, place it in a skillet to fry. Allow to fry for a minute or so, add a small pat of butter in center whole onto skillet, then crack and place egg in center on top of butter. Continue to fry egg and bread until desired egg hardness, (best if yellow is still soft and liquid. Turn egg n bread as you would a fried egg to fry the opposite side. Take out of skillet when desired. Egg should still be soft and runny, with bread fried to toasty and a little browned for best taste. Enjoy a quick breakfast with coffee and/or milk.
