4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cutlets
¾ cup ranch dressing
¾ panko bread crumbs, italian bread crumbs or plain breadcrumbs
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º line a baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
2. Place cutlets in a large bowl and pour ranch dressing over the chicken and mix until evenly marinated overnight or you can bread immediately.
3. For breading add breadcrumbs cheddar and parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl than stir until well combined.
4. Remove chicken from dressing and allow the excess to drip off but leave any that clings to chicken.
5. Completely coat each chicken breast in the breading mixture.
6. Arrange chicken on the baking sheet spritz top of chicken with cooking spray and bake 15-20 minutes or until breading is crisp and chicken is cooked through remove from oven let sit for 5 minutes.
