Ingredients:

2 lb. ground beef
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green pepper
minced garlic (I use it out of the jar)
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon beef base
2 14½ oz. cans stewed tomatoes (I usually use 1 jar of dad's tomatoes he canned)
1 15oz. can pork and beans
1 15 oz. can chili beans
1 15 oz. can dark red kidney beans
1 ½ quart tomato juice ( I usually use 1 jar of dads canned juice)
2 tablespoons brown sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and strain ground beef and set aside.
Heat olive oil and add onion and green peppers. Saute until onions are soft.
Add cumin, chili powder, beef base. Stir.
Add garlic and everything else.
Let simmer about 20 min.

I like to serve it with shredded cheddar cheese and crackers.
