1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon MSG (accent)

Combine egg and milk.
Combine dry ingredients separately.
Dip pieces in the wet first, then the dry. If you want extra breading dip the pieces in dry, wet, dry.
