Red Wine Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and Pepper

Salad:
4 cups chopped lettuce
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
2 English cucumbers, diced (peel on, seeds removed)
15 ounce can chickpeas
1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
4 ounces Feta cheese crumbles

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, and 1/2 tsp salt. In a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate 30 mins before serving.
