1 3/4 c. dried cranberries
4 c. old fashioned oats (divided)
3/4 c. nuts (slivered almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
1/8 t. salt
4 T. oil
2/3 c. honey
2/3 c. natural peanut butter
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor chop cranberries. Then add 2 c. of oats and pulse 30 seconds.
In a big bowl mix nuts, salt, and remaining oats as well as blended oats and cranberries.
Over low heat mix oil, honey, and peanut butter until warm. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Add mini chocolate chips if desired. Line 9 x 13 in. pan with parchment paper. Wet hands and press
mixture firmly down. Bake at 325º F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, cool, press down again and refrigerate before cutting into bars.
