2 ¾ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup Crisco shortening
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
½ cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Stir all dry ingredents, except sugar, together.
In mixing bowl, cream shortening and add sugar.
Add vanilla and egg and beat well.
Add sour cream and dry ingredients and mix well.
Chill the dough.
Roll about ¼ inch thick and cut into cookies. Do not roll it out too thin.
Bake at 375º for 10-12 min.
