Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 lbs. Pork Fat
1/2 t. salt
1/2 cup pet milk
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
On Medium heat add all the ingredients
Cut your pork fat into small pieces (not to small because they shrink)
Stirring constantly otherwise the pork fat will stick to the pan and burn
When you see that the lard is liquid and is foamy and floats to the top they are done. They should be golden brown.
Strain well to get out all the lard (liquid).
I use a gunny sack and put small amounts in and twist until very little liquid comes out
Enjoy with tortillas and red chili
