3 12 CUPS FLOUR (APPROX)
1 1/2 CUP SUGAR
1 CUP MELTED MARGARINE (DO NOT SUBSTITUTE)
4 TSP BAKING POWDER
2 TABLESPOON VANILLA

BEAT EGGS AND GRADUALLY ADD SUGAR; ADD COOLED, MELTED MARGARINE; ADD VANILLA.
SIFT FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER TOGETHER; GRADUALLY ADD TO EGG MIXTURE.
THIS IS THE TRICKY PART; SHOULD BE STICKY ENOUGH TO DROP BY A SPOON, BUT NOT THIN. IF YOU HOLD A TSP UP, IT WILL SLOWLDY DROP FROM THE SPOON. WHEN I PUT IT ON THE IRON I USE ANOTHER SPOON TO PUSH IT OFF.
