8 Eggs
2/3 cups Water
2 Green Onions
Mushrooms
Spinach
Salt and Pepper
Any Other Meats, Cheeses and Veggies

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Coat muffin pan with cooking spray
3. Whisk eggs and salt and pepper
4. Transfer egg into 2 cup measuring cup.
5. Add water until you have 2 cups and mix
6. Add ingredients to Muffin cups
7. Add egg until half ¾ full
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, browned and the tops are set
9. Run a knife around the edges
10. Serve immediately
11. Leftovers can be stored in airtight container, and reheated at 350 for 3-4 minutes
