4 cups Chicken Stock
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Ground Ginger
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
2 Eggs
½ tsp Sesame Oil
3 Green Onions
Salt and Pepper
Mushrooms
Spinach
Noodles
Nori Spices

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix chicken stock, cornstarch, mushrooms, spinach, nori, green onions, ginger, garlic powder, sesame oil, salt and pepper
2. Bring to boil, then lower heat and slow boil about 20 minutes
3. Add noodles…Cook according to what type of noodles
4. Remove from heat
5. Whisk eggs and slowly stir into soup
