Chicken Marsala Recipe

2 Chicken Breasts
½ cup Flour
1/3 cup Olive Oil
8 oz Mushrooms, Sliced
2 tbsp Butter
½ cup Marsala Wine
¼ cup Chicken Stock
¼ cup White Wine
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Split each chicken breast in half
2. Place plastic wrap over them and pound each one flat using a meat tenderizer/mallet until they are about a quarter inch thick
3. Season a good amount of salt and pepper on both sides of each piece
4. Place some flour on a plate and dredge each piece of chicken in it
5. Heat the oil over medium-high heat
6. Fry each piece of chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown
7. Remove chicken, place on paper towel and wrap in foil
8. Reduce heat to medium
9. Add butter and mushrooms.
10. Sauté mushrooms for 4-5 minutes making sure to season them with salt and pepper
11. Add Marsala wine, white wine and chicken stock….allowing the liquid to reduce, slightly.. approx 3 minutes
12. Pour mushrooms and sauce over chicken and serve
