3 lbs. tenderized beef stew meat
1-2 Chopped Onions

Cook Meat in a Pressure Cooker; When done;

Add:

6 Large Chopped Irish Potatoes diced and peeled
3 Cans Tomato Sauce
3/4 Cup Macaroni
3/4 Cup Minute Rice
Green Beans


Salt and Pepper to taste.

Add potatoes, macaroni and remaining ingredients. Cook slowly until potatoes and macaroni are tender. Serve with cornbread!

We all love Mom's Vegetable Soup. Linda and I are not as comfortable with a pressure cooker as Mom was....so you can also cook this slowly on the cooktop or cook meat in crock pot.
