2 Cans pineapple chunks, drained
(save 1/4 c juice
6 TBS flour
! C white sugar
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
25 crushed Ritz type crackers
1/2 C melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sigar, cheese, saved juice and pineapple chunks,
pour mixture into 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
Mix cracker crumbs, and butter and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350 until golden brown (about 30 minutes)
