Velveeta Cheese

Preheat the oven to 375

Wash the potatoes.
Peel the potatoes.
Chop/Slice the potatoes into 1/4" slices or chunks

Saute the bacon, onion and garlic

Layer the potatoes, salt and pepper, bacon/garlic mixture and velveeta cheese.

Add about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of milk

Start out cooking the potatoes covered. Cook them for about 20 min covered. Take the foil cover off and cook them without a cover. You might have to add the foil back over them if they start to brown too much. Cook until the potatoes are soft.
