Chocolate Almond Bark
1 bag apricots
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup pecans (roasted)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt about 3 to 4 blocks of almond bark in a double boiler (stirring often)
While chocolate is melting butter a cookie sheet
When chocolate has been melted pour onto the cookies sheet
Chop up the apricots, cranberries (can leave whole), and toasted chopped pecans
Sprinkle onto the melted chocolate.
Cool break off into pieces and enjoy!!!
Options: You can use any fruits or nuts. Get creative!!!!!!!!
