4 medium Vidalia sweet 1/4 tsp. salt
onions, thinly sliced 1/2 tsp.pepper
1 stick butter or less dash Tabasco
3 eggs 1 pie shell, unbaked
1 cup sour cream grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until soft. Combine eggs and sour cream and add to onion mixture. Add seasonings and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450º degrees for 20 minutes, then 325º for 20 minutes.
