11 oz bottle of nacho sliced jalapenos
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the peppers for several hours. Save the jar. Place a few peppers back in the jar. Add some sugar. Add more peppers and sugar until all the peppers are back in the jar.

Place lid on the jar and turn over and over until the sugar is dissolved. This may take a day or two.

They will keep for several months and get sweeter.

Serve over cream cheese with crackers.

You can drain the peppers, and chop before layering peppers and sugar.
