1 (2 lb.) bag powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
½ bottle of desired flavoring
Appropriate food color to match flavor
1 (1 lb.) bag milk or dark chocolate discs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Knead and mix well with your hands. Roll into balls. Melt chocolate discs in glass bowl in microwave. Dip rolled balls in melted chocolate. Place on wax paper to dry. Store in airtight container. Yields approximately 35 creams.
