½ lb italian sausage
4 T. butter
½ lb spaghetti, cooked and drained
½ c minced fresh parsley
3 well beaten eggs
½ c parmasean cheese
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Remove sausage from casing. Crumble and brown with 2 T. butter. Add HOT spaghetti, the other 2 T butter and parsley. Mix quickly to blend. At once pour in eggs - continue lifting and mixing to coat spaghetti. Sprinkle on cheese and pepper, mix again.
