Seasoned Flour and Chicken

2 lbs. of skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper and place in bag.
Coat chicken in bag.
 

Brown Chicken

1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet melt butter and brown seasoned chicken.
Put chicken into 2 quart casserole.
 

Sauce

1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sherry
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 medium onion - minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet bring mixture only to a boil and pour over chicken in casserole.
Cover casserole and bake 1 1/4 hours until tender at 325º
