1 cup milk
4 large eggs
2 T vegetable oil
1 cup All-Purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450degF

Whisk together milk, eggs and oil in a medium bowl. Add mixture to flour stirring until fully combines and smooth.

Spoon batter into 6 cup popover pan.

Bake popovers on the middle rack of the oven for 16 to 20 mins or until browned on top.

Take out of oven and poke each popover a few times. Place back in the oven with the door closed and the heat off for 5 minutes.

Serve immediately with lots of butter and/or gravy.
