½ lb. bacon
3 eggs, beaten
3 T. sesesame, vegetable , or peanut oil
3 cups minute rice, cooked and chilled
3 T. soy sauce
4 green onions, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into ½ inch pieces and fry in wok or electric skillet on med-high, until crispy, drain and set aside. On medium- high, heat 1 T. oil in pan, stir in eggs and cook until slightly firm, remove from pan. On high, heat remaining oil in pan, add cooked rice and toss with a spoon for about 1 minutes. Add soy sauce and mix thoroughly. Cook about 2 minutes. Add onions, eggs, and bacon, heat until mixed well and serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
NOTE: I use Sesame oil I think it gives it a better flavor.
