1 c. margarine
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
pinch salt
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Blend with pie blender margarine, powdered sugar, 2 c. flour, salt. Press into 10x14 baking dish. Bake 25 minutes at 325º.
Beat eggs lightly, add sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour, lemon juice, grated lemon.
Pour over baked crust. Bake 25 minutes more. Take from oven and sprinkle powdered sugar over top. Cool before cutting and serving.
