1 1/2 lb of lean ground beef
1 can rotel
1/2 cup water
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg taco seasoning

Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

In a medium skillet brown beef and onion, cook until no pink shown drain fat

Add rotel, water, sour cream and taco seasoning

Let simmer 5-10 min

In the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish, place a layer of tortilla chips

Cover with a layer of meat mixture then a layer of cheese

Repeat process until last layer is cheese

Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
