1 1/2 pound of ground beef

1/2 cup uncooked rice

1 tsp of salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon of grated onion

2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper

1 can of tomato soup

1/2 can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, rice and seasonings together. Shape into small balls. Create mixture of tomato soup, water, onion and green peppers referenced above. Drop small meatballs into the tomato soup mixture. Cool slowly for 40 minutes. Serve on warm plates with the tomato sauce over them. If desired, cook some rice in a separate pan and bowl and use meatballs over the rice.

This recipe was given to mom by Lucille Dicks. I can remember having these for special parties - showers, birthday, holidays, etc. Mom loved them. Lucille was a great cook and always had special recipes that were always delicious.
