1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. MSG (Accent)
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. unsulphured molasses
3 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 tsp. thyme

Directions:

Break-up ground beef with fork in mixing bowl.
Sprinkle with MSG, salt & onion.
Mash together bread crumbs and milk.
Add to ground beef mixture.
Toss lightly until all ingredients are combined
Form into 3/4" meatballs. Roll in flour.
Brown in butter in skillet.
Combine remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add to meatballs.
Simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens and meat is glazed.
