1 box Rice a Roni butter and herb (or wild rice) Partially cooked
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves or 6 thighs
1 jar of mushroom or 8 ounces fresh sliced
8-10 oz shredded or sliced Swiss cheese

I can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c dry sherry (optional)
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer first 4 ingredients in a 7X11 or 9X9 baking dish. Blend the rest of the ingredients and spread over chicken. This can be made 24 hrs in advance or frozen for later.
Bake at 350º. for 50 minutes, Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake a few minutes longer. (you can saute the chicken to brown and precook it to lessen the baking time). Bake until bubbly and browned.
