Cake Batter:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
⅓ cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp vinegar
¾ cup salad oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups water

Cream Cheese Mixture:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup sugar
1 egg
Dash of salt
1 package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Combine cake batter ingredients; beat until well blended, 2 to 3 minutes. Fill cupcake holders ¾ full. In separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and salt; mix well. Add chips, and stir. Add 1 tsp cream cheese mixture on top of cupcake batter. Cook cupcakes for 30 minutes.
