3/4 cup rice (not instant)
!/2 gallon milk
2 tbsp. margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp.

Directions:
Directions:
Put rice in a bowl and cove with warm water, let stand 20 minutes. Strain rice in a metal strainer. Mash rice against side of strainer (not enough to go through) and rinse.
Heat milk, margarine and sugar. Add heated ingredients and cook on low until thickened. Add vanilla and pour in bowl. Let cook. Store in refrigerator.
