Ingredients:
Chuck Roast, any size
1 pkg Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg Au Jus mix
Stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place the roast in a crockpot.

Sprinkle on ranch dressing and au jus mix

Lay a stick of butter on top of the roast. (I cut back on the butter depending on the size of the roast). DO NOT ADD WATER. Put the lid on and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.

When done, make a slurry of flour and water to add to the juice to create gravy.
