Sauté 1 lb Hamburg and drain
Add 1pkg taco seasoning
Add 1/2 jar hot salsa

Put on bottom of casserole
Layer with 1 container sour cream
Rest of salsa
1 bar shredded sharp cheddar

Micro 10 mins
Blot top with paper towel
