9-12 graham crackers, crushed
5 T. butter, melted
1 T. sugar
Batter:
3 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. canned pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare crust:
Crush 9-12 graham crackers (place in large ziploc bag and roll with rolling pin until fine crumbs.
Place crumbs in bowl and pour 5 T. melted butter over crumbs. Add 1 T. sugar and stir. Press crumbs into bottom d sides of springform pan. Bake for 5 minutes, remove and cool.
Prepare batter:
In a large bowl, combine 3 pkgs. cream cheese + 1 c. sugar + 1 tsp. vnilla. Mix until smooth.
Pour batter into cooled crust in springform pan.
Bake for 60-70 minutes until light brown.
Remove from oven and let cool. (It will fall slightly and cracks may form.)
Refrigerate until cold.
Serve with whipped cream.
Store in refrigerator.
